Lumicasa Interiors (Pvt) Ltd, a leading manufacturer of timber, furniture, and aluminium building products, is expanding its team. We are seeking motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals to fill the following vacancies:
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Reports To: Operations Manager
JOB PURPOSE
To oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient storage, and timely dispatch of timber, furniture, and aluminium products, while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products
•Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
•Implement and enforce warehouse SOPs, including stock rotation and space optimization
•Supervise warehouse staff, allocating duties and monitoring performance
•Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure stock availability
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards
•Prepare regular stock and inventory reports for management
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
•Minimum 3 years’ warehouse or inventory management experience, ideally in manufacturing or building materials
•Experience supervising a team
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
•Strong organizational and inventory control skills
•Proficiency in Excel and stock management/ERP systems
•Leadership and team supervision ability
•High attention to detail and data accuracy
•Problem-solving skills, particularly around stock discrepancies and logistics bottlenecks
