Lumicasa Interiors (Pvt) Ltd, a leading manufacturer of timber, furniture, and aluminium building products, is expanding its team. We are seeking motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals to fill the following vacancies:

ALUMINIUM ALLOY WORKER — 2 Positions
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe (Production Workshop)
Reports To: Production Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE
To fabricate and install aluminium alloy building products — including windows, doors, shopfronts, and frames — to specification, quality, and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Measure, cut, and fabricate aluminium profiles according to technical drawings
•Assemble aluminium frames, windows, doors, and shopfronts using appropriate fittings and hardware
•Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely, including cutting, punching, and welding equipment where applicable
•Fit glazing, seals, and hardware to completed aluminium units
•Conduct quality checks to ensure fabricated products meet specification and finish standards
•Support on-site installation of aluminium products where required
•Maintain equipment and a safe, organized workstation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•Trade certificate/apprenticeship in Aluminium Fabrication, Fitting, or related discipline
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in aluminium fabrication or shopfront/window/door manufacturing

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
•Proficiency in aluminium fabrication techniques and equipment
•Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately
•Good understanding of workshop safety practices
•Attention to detail and precision in measurements and fitting
•Willingness to assist with on-site installations when needed
