Job Title: Senior Tour Operation Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise all inbound and domestic tour operations. 
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and tour programs. 
• Coordinate hotel reservations, transportation, domestic flights, guides, and other tourism services. 
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, and destination partners. 
• Ensure smooth execution of all tour programs according to company standards. 
• Handle customer requests and resolve operational issues during tours. 
• Coordinate airport transfers and meet-and-assist services. 
• Prepare quotations and cost calculations for tour packages. 
• Monitor tour quality and customer satisfaction. 
• Supervise tour guides and operational staff. 
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports. 
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and tourism regulations. 
• Assist in developing new tour products and improving existing itineraries. 
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing department regarding confirmed bookings.
