Position Overview

As the General Manager, you will hold ultimate executive responsibility for the strategic direction, daily operations, and financial performance of Legacyre Trading PLC’s diversified business units. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize inter-departmental synergies, and execute growth strategies that scale our market presence while maintaining uncompromised service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Translate the company’s high-level vision into actionable operational strategies across tourism, property management, logistics, and supply sectors.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of all divisions, ensuring lean workflows, robust quality control, and optimal resource allocation.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage annual budgeting, P&L performance, cost-optimization strategies, and financial forecasting to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Business Development & Scaling: Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the client base for our B2B and B2C services (particularly in property management, janitorial contracts, and material supply).
• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance culture among department heads and diverse teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business practices strictly adhere to legal, regulatory, and safety standards across trading, transportation, and construction frameworks.
