Key Responsibilities for Production Coordinator Jobs in Solwezi As Coordinator, Production - Drilling, you will play a critical role in overseeing mining operations and ensuring efficiency across all production activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, directing, and supervising all mining activities such as drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and crushing Monitoring ore grade control to maintain compliance with quality standards Implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs Managing personnel and equipment resources effectively to meet production targets Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all mining operations Conducting regular inspections of work sites and promptly addressing any concerns Building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities and government agencies Collaborating closely with geologists, engineers, and other professionals to optimize mining operations Qualifications and Experience Required Candidates for this role should possess a strong technical background and leadership experience, including:
