Junior Architect (Fresh Graduate)

We are seeking a creative, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Architect (Fresh Graduate) to join our dynamic design and development team. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to support the design, drafting, and execution of various corporate, commercial, and residential construction projects across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Assist in preparing detailed Architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, floor plans, and section drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.
• Visualization: Develop 3D models and high-quality visual renderings for design presentations (using SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar tools).
• Site Inspections: Participate in periodic site visits to assist senior staff in verifying that construction works align with approved architectural designs and standards.
• Documentation: Support the preparation of project design reports, material specifications, and presentation boards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal engineering teams (structural, MEP, and project managers) to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Administrative Support: Assist in organizing, archiving, and maintaining architectural drawing databases and project files.
