Inventory Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end inventory transaction reconciliation central warehouse + 38 branches
• Final stock sign-off with Inventory Controller physical-to-GL verification
• Full returns-to-credit cycle management customer & branch
• Branch stock reconciliation to head office ledger

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
• 3+ years of inventory accounting experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution with multi-branch operations 5+ branches minimum
• Advanced Excel & ERP experience SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Enquest [Preferred]
• Strong understanding of inventory valuation methods and provisions

Strongly preferred

• CPA, ACCA, CIMA or actively pursuing
• Experience in fashion, footwear, or perfumes/cosmetics
• WMS integration, inter-branch transfers & elimination accounting
