Job Description:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO acts as a strategic partner, providing high-level support in managing the CEO’s priorities, overseeing key projects, and ensuring smooth operations across the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The position functions as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize tasks to align with business goals.
- Serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring efficient communication and decision-making across departments.
- Project Management:
- Oversee and track progress on strategic initiatives and high-priority projects.
- Provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring key business activities.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the CEO’s representative with internal teams, partners, and key external stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Confidentiality & Administration:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Travel & Event Coordination:
- Manage travel arrangements, event planning, and public appearances.
