Purpose

To manage, grow, and strengthen the company's social media presence through engaging content, audience engagement, and strategic campaigns that increase brand awareness, property visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that showcases properties, projects, company activities, client testimonials, and industry insights.
  • Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
  • Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and maintain positive audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and design teams to create campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive property sales.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to improve brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to enhance the company's digital presence.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain an active online community around the company's brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.

Added Advantage

  • Experience working as a Social Media Marketer within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience creating content and running campaigns that generate leads for property sales, leasing, or real estate investment opportunities will be highly preferred.
