Purpose
To create visually compelling and engaging designs that support property marketing, strengthen brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and drive lead generation across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, property profiles, company presentations, signage, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging graphics and visual content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate the company's brand message and property offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, videography, and content teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Design property listing materials, project launch campaigns, event branding materials, and client-facing presentations.
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing and communication materials.
- Prepare designs for both print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to specifications.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Review and update existing marketing materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Ability to create both digital and print-ready artwork.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design excellence.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong visual storytelling ability.
Added Advantage
- Experience working as a Graphic Designer within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience designing property marketing materials, project launch campaigns, real estate brochures, and social media creatives for property sales and leasing activities will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, Canva, Adobe After Effects, or UI/UX design will be an added advantage.
