Employment Information

  • Manage and monitor company social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others.
  • Post comments, replies, updates, and promotional content in line with the company’s brand voice.
  • Respond to inbox messages, customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers and online communities to increase brand awareness and customer trust.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media posts, stories, reels, and other content.
  • Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and message response rates.
  • Identify social media trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for improved engagement.
  • Work with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication.
  • Escalate serious customer complaints, technical issues, or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media pages or online communities.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience responding to inbox messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
  • Good understanding of major social media platforms and how they work.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to handle customers politely, professionally, and patiently.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines.
