Position: Senior Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Zambia

Gross Salary: K13,800 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales and Marketing Officers to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and strengthen customer relationships. The successful candidates will play a key role in implementing sales and marketing strategies that contribute to the organisation's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Represent the organisation at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Support the development of brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales and marketing.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
