About the Senior ICT Specialist Role As the Senior ICT Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration, support, and enhancement of key commercial ICT systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage Evolution.

Your leadership will be vital in supporting new store openings, relocations, and retail technology deployments, while ensuring seamless ICT services across all retail operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will optimise commercial processes and ensure that technology aligns with Yalelo Limited’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities for Senior ICT Specialist Jobs in Lusaka Lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage Evolution. Manage all commercial ICT systems to maintain high availability, reliability, and optimal performance across retail operations.

Drive the delivery of ICT requirements for new store openings, relocations, and retail technology rollouts. Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services to ensure secure identity, access, and cloud resource management.

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Create and manage SQL queries, reports, and database solutions supporting business operations and system integrations.

Lead and participate in ICT projects including ERP implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. Manage ICT budgets, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure projects and services are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed service levels.

Ensure compliance with ICT governance, cybersecurity standards, business continuity requirements, and regulatory obligations. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to ICT team members while fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required. Strong experience developing SQL scripts and managing Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Good knowledge of Azure cloud services and integration capabilities. Solid project management skills.

Experience with Sage Evolution is advantageous. Proficiency in PowerApps and Power Automate for custom application development and workflow automation.

Additional experience with Sage VIP is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Professional certifications such as CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate, or Azure Data Engineer Associate are beneficial. ZAQA certified qualifications are preferred.
