Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing duties as per OSHA 2005 regulations.
- Participate in organizing fire drills and ensure designated roles are understood and fulfilled.
- Collaborate with departments on risk assessments.
- Support accident and incident investigations and draft reports with actionable recommendations.
- Help identify workplace hazards and propose appropriate safety measures.
- Contribute to the implementation of the company’s Health & Safety strategic plan.
- Provide guidance on Safety & Health matters across all operations.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management.
- Prior exposure or internship in a similar field would be an advantage.
- Familiar with health and safety regulations and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communicator in both English and French.
- Proactive, team-oriented, resourceful, and professional.
