About the role

ISS Freight Forwarding Ethiopia PLC is looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy. The successful candidate will oversee our marketing and sales department, drive revenue growth, strengthen our brand in the market, and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction across all our freight forwarding and logistics services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing and sales strategy in line with corporate growth objectives
  • Set annual sales targets, marketing plans, and commercial budgets, and monitor performance against them
  • Supervise, coach and develop the marketing ans sales team
  • Oversee brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and the companies digital presence
  • Approve key client proposals, pricing structures and contract terms with approved limits
  • Build and maintain relationships with major and key accounts
  • Bring new business opportunities and clients to the business
  • Prepare and present sales, marketing and customer service performance reports to the COO
