Jubaili Agrotec Zambia is looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics coordination, customs clearing support, transport follow-up, procurement support, and operational documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating import and export shipment follow-up
- Liaising with clearing agents, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams
- Supporting customs documentation and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring fleet documentation and operational logistics activities
- Assisting with procurement processes, quotations, and supplier coordination
- Tracking dispatches and ensuring timely deliveries
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or clearing operations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
