The position involves managing employment databases, ensuring contractor compliance with local employment commitments, and supporting skills development initiatives that address workforce gaps and enhance the long-term employability of community members.
Key Responsibilities in Local Employment Officer Jobs in Kalumbila Develop and implement programs to increase host community participation in employment and career advancement opportunities. Identify, prepare, recruit, and retain local talent aligned with operational needs.

Proven track record coordinating skills development, apprenticeship, or graduate programs. Experience in mining, infrastructure, energy, or other large-scale development sectors is an advantage.
Familiarity with rural communities and local contexts in Northwestern Province is beneficial.
