Role Overview:

Fitment Branch Manager Jobs in Lusaka As the Fitment Branch Manager, you will oversee all fitment, servicing, and parts activities to ensure smooth operations, maximize profits, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will manage people, resources, and processes to meet sales and profit targets while maintaining compliance with company policies related to warranty claims, invoicing, and workshop controls.

Your leadership will be essential in fostering a safe, welcoming, and efficient branch environment that prioritizes customer retention and growth. Key Responsibilities Manage daily branch operations including sales, marketing, customer service, HR, maintenance, inventory, financial control, and security.

Ensure the branch presents a safe, professional, and customer-friendly environment. Supervise employees to maintain high-quality service standards and adherence to company policies.

Review departmental activities and reporting systems with management regularly. Implement safety and security measures to protect company assets and personnel.

Maintain workshop equipment and ensure accurate diagnostics and workmanship. Develop and nurture a customer-focused culture emphasizing quality and service excellence.

Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly in collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager. Coordinate staff orientation, scheduling, and leave planning.

Administer warranty policies fairly for the benefit of the Fitment Centre, manufacturers, and customers. Monitor labour and budget costs to optimize profitability.

Ensure accurate inventory management, including monthly stock takes. Oversee receivables management to support the company’s financial commitments.

Identify customer needs and promote related products and services to enhance satisfaction and retention. Required Skills and Competencies Fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.

Strong numerical aptitude with a basic understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, sales, and profit. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proven leadership abilities and quality management expertise. Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.

Team player who is determined, focused, and capable of resolving conflicts effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Business/Commercial field, or a relevant Technical field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a branch manager within the automobile industry or a tyre/fitment company.

Experience as a Workshop Manager in the automobile or tyre/fitment sector is an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of the automobile industry and mechanical systems.

Practical business management skills and experience working in a mechanical environment. Possession of a clean and valid driver’s license.
