 Field Service Technician to be based in Lusaka

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and helping our customers by responding to their requests for service in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting customers through effective maintenance activities of filling machines and the accessories
• Understanding customer needs and concerns
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Preparing and submitting service reports to the customer and the Field Service Manager
• Providing technical direction to the team in your area of operation
• Participating in the training of new team members

Requirements and qualifications

• Minimum of an Advanced Diploma or equivalent in the electrical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a packaging environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and filling machines is an added advantage
• Holder of a valid driver’s license with more than 3 years of driving experience
