Requirements

• Three (3) years Operational Experience of the company in Building Construction, Building Maintenance, Technical Experience of Lead staff
• Evidence of previous experience in executing Framework contracts
• Provide a minimum of 3 references in relation to attribute (b) above
• Demonstrable capacity and ability to monitor and track performance ensuring delivery of quality service and products
• Documents confirming company is meeting eligibility criteria a) to d) mentioned above
• Submission of valid tax clearance certificate issued by BURSApplicable PPRA Codes and subcodes
• CIPA Registration with identity documents of shareholders and directors
• Copy of valid trade licence
• Any applicable regulatory licences, permits or registrations relevant to the category applied for.
