The University is seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the following positions:

1. EXAMINATIONS OFFICER

Job purpose, Roles and Responsibilities;

Invigilation of examinations, Uploading Marks in the System, Follow-up on submission of exam question papers from faculty. Creating relevant reports. Prepare minutes for departmental meetings. Perform any other lawful duties assigned

Qualifications;

•  Bachelor’ Degree from a recognized University.

Experience;

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

2. ENROLMENT ADVISOR

Job purpose, roles and responsibilities;

First point of contact with prospective students, Converting a lead into contact. Collecting documents for admission, Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits, perform any other lawful duties assigned.

Qualifications;

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.

Experience;

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales industry with good communication skills.

3. STUDENT MENTOR

Job purpose, roles and responsibilities;

Offer student support in an effective and efficient manner. Monitor attendance, Coordinate student counseling, provide guidance to parents in helping students, coordinate disciplinary issues. Secure proper accommodation for students. Perform any other lawful duties assigned.

Qualifications;

• A relevant Bachelor’ Degree from a recognized University.

Experience;

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
