Electrical Chief Engineer and Mechanical Equipment Operators

I. Electrical Chief Engineer (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the planning, design, operation and maintenance management of the enterprise's overall power system;
• Formulate electrical safety operating procedures and handle high-voltage/low-voltage electrical faults;
• Supervise the installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment;
• Manage the electrical technical team and provide technical training and support.

Job Requirements:

• Major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above;
• Hold a Zambian or internationally recognized Electrical Engineer/Electrical Chief Engineer qualification certificate;
• Must have practical work experience as an Electrical Chief Engineer or equivalent position in large local industrial enterprises in Zambia (such as mines, manufacturing plants, large farms, etc.);
• Proficient in high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution, transformers, motors, protection systems, etc.;
• Possess good management capabilities, safety awareness and emergency response capabilities;
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to the mining area/industrial on-site working environment.

II. Mechanical Equipment Operators (Total 26 Positions)

Positions and Number of Vacancies: 8 Excavator Operators, 4 Bulldozer Operators, 4 Loader Operators, 2 Road Roller Operators, 8 Truck Drivers (Dump Truck/Heavy Truck)

General Job Requirements (All Operational Positions):

• Possess the corresponding equipment operation qualification certificate (scanned copy or copy is required);
• Have a certain number of years of practical operation experience, proficient in skills, and able to complete work tasks independently;
• Familiar with daily equipment inspection, simple maintenance and safety operating procedures;
• Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and able to adapt to outdoor, shift work and mining area/construction site environment;
• Male is preferred (this position involves high-intensity physical labor and remote on-site working environment requirements).
