Program Implementation
Oversee all district HIV interventions (Pr
EP/PEP, testing, ART adherence, support groups)
Develop work plans and strategies to meet targets
Provide technical program support and quality assurance
Budget & Operations
Manage program budgets, timelines, and donor deliverables
Ensure strategic alignment with SSI's objectives
Organize external communications and information dissemination
Monitoring & Reporting
Review M&E data weekly/monthly to identify gaps and optimize retention
Prepare quarterly and annual reports for donors/stakeholders
Conduct quality assurance visits and session observations
Support SSI's M&E systems and research initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement
Manage relationships with government, donors, and civil society partners
Participate in technical advisory committees
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
Experience:Minimum 5 years managing public health programs
At least 3 years in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment
Experience with PEPFAR or other major donors preferred
Experience with Ministry of Health/Local Government
Skills:Proven stakeholder management ability
Strong cross-cultural communication
Results-oriented with donor-relations experience
