Job Summary

The Controller Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating control activities to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with organizational policies, and the proper utilization of resources. The role involves monitoring processes, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting management in achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily operational control activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review operational records and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of controllers and other assigned staff.
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance and submit them to management.
• Monitor inventory, assets, and resource utilization where applicable.
• Assist in developing and implementing control systems and procedures.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
