The Barman will be responsible for delivering excellent bar service, preparing drinks to standard, and ensuring a clean, well-managed, and welcoming bar environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in advance
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Handle guest orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Support restaurant service when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a barman (hotel experience preferred)
- Knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Honest, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
