Responsibilities:
App Growth and User Acquisition:
- Drive awareness and increase app downloads across multiple channels.
- Promote the app through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute campaigns that encourage downloads and user engagement.
- Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly download performance.
Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and attract customers seeking beauty and grooming services
- Promote the platform to students, professionals, brides, hotels, offices, hostels, and busy individuals.
- Convert prospects into active users and repeat customers
- Generate quality leads that translate into bookings.
Beauty Professional Onboarding:
- Recruit and onboard barbers, hairstylists, makeup artists, nail technicians, and other beauty service providers.
- Explain the platform's benefits and registration process.
- Build and maintain a network of verified beauty professionals
- Ensure service providers are properly onboarded and active on the app.
Social Media Marketing:
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, flyers, and short-form video concepts.
- Manage daily posting and audience engagement across social media platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
- Support brand visibility and community growth.
Field and Community Marketing:
- Build relationships with salons, beauty schools, campuses, hotels, hostels, and event vendors.
- Conduct physical outreach and community engagement activities.
- Establish partnerships that drive user acquisition and service provider registrations.
Influencer and Referral Marketing:
- Collaborate with micro-influencers, beauty creators, campus influencers, and lifestyle communities.
- Execute referral campaigns aimed at increasing downloads and bookings.
- Identify partnership opportunities that improve brand awareness and user growth.
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting App downloads, User signups, Beauty professional registrations, Leads generated, Bookings and marketing activities
- Provide recommendations and insights based on customer feedback and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Experience growing mobile apps or digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Ability to create engaging content and execute marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
- Female candidate preferred.
- Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, technology, or service industry is an advantage.
- Must be a resident in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, highly persuasive, and passionate about building communities.
- She should be comfortable engaging with customers, beauty professionals, influencers, and partners while driving measurable growth for the business.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- During the first month, the successful candidate will be expected to achieve:
- Minimum of 300 verified app downloads
- Onboard 20 verified beauty professionals
- Generate 50 customer leads
- Achieve at least 10 real booking attempts or customer booking leads
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly (during the 2-month probation period)
Bonus:
- NGN 100,000 for every verified app download
- NGN 500,000 for every verified beauty professional successfully onboarded
- Additional commissions on qualified leads generated
- Performance bonus of NGN 200,000 upon achieving monthly targets
- Accommodation: Optional accommodation available
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Wednesday: Onsite (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Thursday – Saturday: Remote
