Employment Information

Overall Responsibility:

- Oversees project performance, impact assessments, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Monitoring vital metrics, including Non-Revenue Water (NRW), billing efficiency, water quality, and sanitation coverage

b) Contribute to the design and implementation of data collection tools and systems to be used for monitoring.

c) Regularly Collect and Analyze data.

d) Interpret and disseminate M & E findings Vis a Vis company’s goals to different departments.

e) Periodically update and maintain the database so that it is accessible to staff.

f) Preparation of quarterly and annual reports reflecting project performance and impact result indicators.

g) Provide M & E reports to management for decision making. Minimum


Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Water Resources, or any other relevant field.

• Good communication and report writing skills.

• High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in M&E, with at least 2 years specifically in a supervisory or management role

• Deep understanding of water service delivery models and key performance indicators. 


Terms of Employment: The positions will be offered on a one-year renewable contract based on satisfactory performance.
