WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Triggers the provisioning of warehouse materials that are running below set parameters /reorder levels to prevent stock outs.
Prepare and monitors stock records and stock taking.
Monitoring fast moving items.
Assists in formulating warehouse annual budget.
Assists in providing estimates for raw materials and expendables.
Receives and records raw materials, company uniforms and expendables from suppliers.

Makes sure that quantities and quality received agrees with the orders.
Ensures that storage and identification of material meets quality standards.
Ensures proper handling and packaging of material.
Provide branches and departments with expendables and uniforms on order.
Issues raw material to production as requested.
Ensures that re-issues are done after proper authorization by Directors.
Monitors performance of subordinates.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum of Five (5) ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
Qualification in Stores, Warehousing or Distribution Operations.
Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Management.
Time management skills and ability to delegate.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and data entry software.
Problem-solving skills.
