Tele Sales Representative
Location: Blantyre & Lilongwe
Department: Sales & Marketing
Contract Type: Temporary Contract
Job Summary
The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting the company’s products through outbound customer calls, generating sales, strengthening customer relationships and directing customers to the appropriate sales channels, including van sales and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using the company’s customer database.
- Promote company products, special offers, and new product launches.
- Generate sales by identifying customer needs and encouraging purchases.
- Inform customers about van sales schedules, routes and product availability.
- Direct customers to the nearest distributors, wholesalers, or retail outlets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
