Job Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support planning and delivery of technology training programmes
  • Manage training partnerships and certification processes
  • Support eLearning and Learning Management System LMS administration
  • Assist in developing new technology training and academic programmes
  • Support proposal development and business growth initiatives
  • Support marketing and promotion of training programmes
  • Provide support for cybersecurity consultancy activities
  • Coordinate ICT projects and stakeholder engagements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-4 years' experience in ICT training coordination or related roles
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Al, Data Analytics & Cloud Computing
  • Experience with eLearning and Learning Management. Systems LMS
  • Understanding of professional ICT certification frameworks
  • Strong communication, coordination & stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaborationtools
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and record management skills
