About Rhodes Park Schools Group

The Rhodes Park Schools Group comprises five entities: Rhodes Park Schools Limited, Woodford School Lusaka Limited, Ashford Academy Limited, EduServe Limited, and EduCorp Limited. Established in the 1960s, Rhodes Park School is a premier private institution offering K-12 education aligned with both local and international curricula.

Woodford School Lusaka, located in Kabulonga, provides a modern co-educational learning environment from Nursery to Grade 7. Ashford Academy, operational since 2022, is a co-educational boarding and day school offering a balanced curriculum including National and Cambridge IGCSE pathways. EduServe manages commercial school services, while EduCorp focuses on expanding quality schools across Zambia and Southern Africa.

Teacher – Primary Section

• Take responsibility for a primary class, supporting holistic student development.
• Work closely with colleagues and Head Teacher to deliver effective teaching.
• Plan and implement a rigorous, differentiated curriculum and lessons.
• Create inquiry-based learning environments fostering critical thinking and respect.
• Leverage digital tools and relevant resources to support learning.
• Develop assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Communicate professionally with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Provide pastoral support and actively participate in extra-curricular programs.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 credits.
• Bachelor of Education – Primary for Primary Teacher role.
• Registration as a qualified teacher with The Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) and a valid practicing license.
• Familiarity with ECZ and Cambridge assessment systems.
• At least three years of teaching experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, compassion, and flexibility.
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
