About Ndola Trust School Established in 1973 and formerly operated by Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines (ZCCM), Ndola Trust School became a self-sustaining, state-owned enterprise in 2015.
Located at Plot No. 578 Freedom Way, Kansenshi - Ndola, the school prides itself on its motto, "Success through Hard Work", and serves a diverse student body from primary through secondary levels.
Position Overview The school seeks a dedicated educator to join its team starting September 2026. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive instruction in Mathematics and at least one Natural Science subject, fostering academic excellence and holistic development among learners.
Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons to students from Form 1 to Grade 12 in Mathematics and Natural Science. Design and administer assessments promptly to evaluate learner progress.
Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement. Support the holistic development of learners through guidance and counseling.
Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student welfare. Candidate Requirements Grade 12 Certificate.
Age between 25 and 35 years. Minimum of three years teaching experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s Degree with Education from a recognized university. Master’s Degree is an advantage.
