Duties and Responsibilities

As Center Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Managing the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation center.
* Supervising and supporting staff, volunteers, and interns.
* Ensuring quality care and rehabilitation services for all clients.
* Monitoring staff performance and maintaining professional standards.
* Implementing organizational policies and procedures.
* Preparing operational reports for the Executive Director and Board.
* Managing client admissions, discharges, and program coordination.
* Maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.
* Overseeing the use of the Center’s resources and facilities responsibly.
* Promoting teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
* Performing any other duties reasonably assigned by the Executive Director/CEO.
Qualifications
Social work/psychology/
Nursing or related field. must has Computer literacy: Microsoft office
