Main
Duties and Responsibilities
•Receive raw materials and verify physical
quantities against Purchase Orders and packing lists.
•Coordinate delivery schedules and
unloading with transporters and forklift driver.
•Record all receptions in AX with accurate
expiry dates and supplier lot numbers.
•Complete reception checklists and submit
raw material samples to the laboratory.
•Store raw materials according to
established procedures and Health & Safety standards.
•Maintain proper organisation of
restricted additives and ensure the vitamin room is adequately stocked.
•Conduct weekly sampling of stored raw
materials for quality verification.
•Plan and execute timely transfers of raw
materials from designated locations.
•Verify that transferred materials match
physical quantities and system entries.
•Prepare daily raw material picks,
coordinate with Production, and deliver items before designated time.

years’ experience in warehousing
•Integrity

•Customer
service attitude (internal and external)
•Intermediate
Excel skills
•Ability
to follow established procedures accurately
