About Our Client

The Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organised Social Media Manager to own the brand’s digital presence end-to-end — content, community, campaigns, and performance. You will work closely with the founder and design team to translate an established brand identity into daily content that builds community, drives traffic, and converts followers into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Community
  • Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Grow engaged, loyal audiences across all platforms — not just follower counts
  • Lead TikTok growth through trend participation and original content creation

Performance Marketing
  • Manage and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns
  • Track and improve click-through rate, cost-per-acquisition, and conversion performance

SEO & Content Marketing
  • Write and optimize captions and blog content for organic search visibility
  • Grow blog traffic, keyword rankings, and search engine visibility over time

Email & CRM
  • Run email marketing campaigns that grow the subscriber base
  • Improve open and click-through rates through segmentation and A/B testing

Reporting
  • Track performance across all channels and translate data into clear recommendations

Publishing Consistency
  • Daily feed posts and stories published across Instagram and Facebook
Engagement
  • Growth Quarter-on-quarter increase in likes, comments, shares, and views
Community Growth & Management
  • Monthly follower growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, Prompt Response to client queries
TikTok Performance
  • Views per post, engagement rate, and average watch time
Website Referral Traffic
  • Traffic driven from Pinterest and organic social to the website
Ad Efficiency
  • Cost-per-acquisition, click-through rate, and conversion rate on paid campaigns
SEO Performance
  • Organic search traffic and keyword ranking growth for blog content
Brand Sentiment
  • Positive sentiment share from social listening and community engagement
Email Marketing
  • Performance Open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber list growth

Who You Are
  • 2–4 years’ experience managing social media for a consumer brand — fashion, beauty, or lifestyle experience is a strong advantage
  • Able to shoot, edit, and post content independently
  • Comfortable managing paid social and Google Ads budgets and reading performance dashboards
  • Strong writer with a working knowledge of SEO for captions and blog content
  • Fluent in TikTok culture — you make a brand feel native to the platform
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and confident owning a content calendar independently
  • A genuine connection to the brand’s women-first, community-built values
