Job role
Implement Integrated Management System, ISO 45001:2018, ISO14001:2015.
Ensuring all accidents and incidents are investigated initially and followed up by a comprehensive investigation that culminates in a detailed final report.
Conduct regular audits and inspections as per schedule.
Creating emergency response plans for various potential incidents and ensure mock drills are done as per schedule.
Regularly reviewing and updating SHEQ policies and procedures to improve safety standards.
Designing and delivering safety training programs and awareness training to ensure employees understand safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards.
Comply with SHEQ standards in line with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards as well as other relevant legal frameworks.

Qualifications
BSc Honours Degree in Safety Health and Environmental Management
Mine Blasting Licence.
OSHEMAC Certificate.
Lead and Internal Audit Certificate.
