Job Purpose:- The Risk and Compliance officer is responsible for leading the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance function of Kerchanshe Group by establishing effective risk management practices, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting the company in identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
Key Responsibility
Maintain the Group's risk register and coordinate periodic risk assessments with business functions.
Provide assurance on the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions and follow up on identified compliance gaps.
Develop compliance monitoring programs and conduct periodic compliance reviews across business operations.
Promote risk awareness and compliance culture throughout the organization through training, communication, and advisory support.
Monitor emerging risks and provide timely reports and recommendations to management.
Coordinate with Internal Audit, business units, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen governance, risk management, and control practices.
Support the preparation of risk and compliance reports for Executive Management and the Audit Committee.
Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and operational manuals to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Support fraud risk management initiatives and ensure appropriate mechanisms are in place for reporting and addressing misconduct.
Lead and develop the Risk and Compliance team to ensure effective delivery of assigned responsibilities.
Prepare risk and compliance reports for CEO, Audit Committee and or for Executive management as per required.
