Purpose of the Job: To enhance IT & Digital risk management by assessing and monitoring various IT & Digital risk exposures of the Bank, developing IT & Digital risk management policies & procedures, and ensure the Bank comply with pertinent internal & external rules and regulations.

Generic Functions:

• Take up the roles of the Manager in his/her absence

• Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division

• Mentor and enable staffs below his /grades towards achieving their effective performance

• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct; embody the bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public

• Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices

Specific Functions:

•  Develop IT & Digital risk management policies, procedures/guidelines, program and plan of the Bank

• Enforce that all the Bank’s IT policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements and other international standards

• Identify, assess, measure and monitor IT & Digital risks related to the Bank’s various activities and recommend mitigation mechanisms

• Identify, analyze and evaluate IT-related risks, recommend possible risk responses and review the implementation of recommended responses

• Identify operations and defects in the computer and network system and the usage of outdated and substandard technological tools
