in its quest to improve health care provision and specialization of health workers, NCMTC is recruiting two Senior Clinical Officers to lead the development, accreditation, implementation and continuous improvement of Higher Diploma programa in Clinical Medicine and Surgery within the assigned specialty area, while providing academic, clinical, and professional leadership to leamers, faculty, and institutional stakeholders. Initially, the emphasis will be on Reproductive Health Machakos Campus and Ophthalmology K Campus but the staff will also be expected to initiate and guide the establishment of additional post-basic courses across the NCMTC campuses. This position is co-financed by Comundo, a Swiss NOO
- Lead the development, accreditation, and implementation of Higher Diplome programs in the assigned specialty area
- Coordinate curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement
- Promotech, innovation, and evidence-based clinical practice
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, professional bodies, and other standers
- Perform any other duties related to specialist clinical training and program developments may be assigned

Added Advantage:
- A Master's degree in Clinical Medicine, Medical Education, Public Health, Heath Professions Education, or a related field

Qualifications & Skills
- Higher Diploma in the relevant clinical speciality from a recognition
- Bachelor's degree in a Health related field
- Valid professional registration and practising licence.
