Qualifications

  • Dip/ Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or any related fields.
  • 2-4 years proven experience in solar energy, electrical systems, or technical solution sales.
  • Experience selling installation-based or service-oriented products not just retail items.
  • Familiarity with solar design basics, power backup systems, or energy audits is a strong advantage.
  • Prior work in telecom, networking, or security system sales is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell solar power systems, hybrid energy solutions, and backup systems to residential, commercial, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client energy needs and recommend appropriate system configurations.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track performance through the company's CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent Fireside Communications at trade shows, client meetings, and community outreach programs.
