Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the flexibility of performing some tasks remotely. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential customers, building strong client relationships, and understanding customer needs to recommend suitable insurance and financial products. The role includes setting and achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and representing the ICEA LION Group professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
  • Knowledge of Financial Services and Insurance products and the ability to develop customized solutions
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; prior experience in insurance sales is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets
