Role Description

The Sales Representative (Commission Based) role is a part-time, remote position focused on selling Tuko Digital’s marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new leads, conducting outreach via phone, email, and online channels, and presenting digital marketing services in a clear, compelling way. The role involves qualifying prospects, understanding their business needs, and recommending appropriate service packages. The Sales Representative will manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing and terms within set guidelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Performance is measured through sales targets, client satisfaction, and consistent documentation of activities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience with consultative selling and closing deals in a commission-based environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as online advertising, social media, SEO, and content marketing, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical services in simple business terms.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Comfort using CRM tools, email platforms, and basic productivity software to track activities and report on results.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, agency services, or selling to small and medium-sized businesses is highly beneficial.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup; ability to work flexible hours aligned with client availability.
• Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent practical experience is valued.
