Job Description

Driving business growth, overseeing loan processing, and ensuring the financial soundness of the branch’s credit portfolio.
Supervising subordinates, evaluating loan applications, deposit mobilization, mitigating risks, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Meeting and exceeding targets, increasing the business portfolio and clients' base, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirement

Must have a proven track record in microfinance lending, loan recovery, and risk management.
