Easywinbet is seeking for a proactive and outgoing Field Recruiter to join our HR Team in Lusaka, Zambia.

Responsibilities or duties

• Conduct field recruitment by visiting communities, markets, institutions, and job centers to source candidates
• Organize and attend job fairs, and community mobilization activities.
• Advertise vacancies through flyers, posters, door-to-door, and community leaders
• Screen CVs, conduct on-site interviews and assessments
• Build and maintain relationships, and community groups for talent sourcing,
• Liaise with traning managers to understand staffing needs.

Qualifications or requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits including English
• Certificate/ Diploma in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any related field,
