SALES AGENT (COMMISSION BASED)

Location: Blantyre and Lilongwe

Job Description

• Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.

• Sell the Company’s specific range of insurance products.

• Develop, track and meet individual performance targets.

• Work in specific allocated markets.

• Relationship management – creation of new markets and managing the relationships through regular follow ups.

• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations.

• Monitors competition and market developments.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing Management, Insurance.

• Not less than 2 years’ experience in sales.

• Team Player.

• Negotiating skills.

• Self-starter.

• Good English command.
