Job Summary:
Support the implementation of occupational health and safety standards and ensure employees and contractors comply with mine safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workplace inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Support risk assessments and implementation of control measures.
• Monitor compliance with PPE and safe work procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
• Assist with investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Maintain safety documentation and prepare reports.
• Follow up on corrective actions and safety recommendations.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the mine.

Requirements:
Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, with relevant experience in mining or industrial operations. Strong communication, reporting, and risk-management skills are essential.
