* Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field.
* At least 2 years’ practical work experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
* Strong communication and teaching skills.
* Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training.
* A passion for developing the next generation of skilled technicians.
