This position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to apply their hospitality or tourism training in a vibrant, customer-centered environment that values creativity, digital savviness, and initiative.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and check in
- Record Lodge financial transactions in designated records
- Perform sales of Rooms, Food and beverages
- Develop engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in marketing and promotional campaigns, including events and digital advertising.
- Create reports, track performance metrics, and manage online bookings.
- Contribute new ideas to improve guest services and brand visibility.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Recent graduate (0–2 years’ experience) with a learning and growth mindset.
- Strong computer skills — proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools.
- Excellent social media management skills and digital creativity.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Energetic, adaptable, and eager to make an impact.
