ROLE OVERVIEW

  • This role will focus on the acquisition and presales engagement of Microsoft customers in the Middle East and North Africa region for partners. The successful applicants will work hand in hand with LiquidC2/Cloudmania account managers and partner development managers to drive workload adoption – Azure. The incumbent will be an expert for the workload assisting partners to retain their customers, identify upselling opportunities and advising them on the best options available for their customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable, regular engagement with partners and their respective end-customers
  • Apply deep technical knowledge and customer insights to support partners create a modernization roadmap for end-customer
  • Orchestrate activities across Microsoft and Partner resources to maximize business results and customer success
  • Assess the customers' knowledge of M365/Azure platforms and overall cloud readiness to support customers’ cloud adoption
  • Build deep audience insight, including understanding customer segmentation, their attitudes and purchase behaviours
  • Provide feedback on customer development needs, customer blockers, and/or mitigation strategies related to the Microsoft products
  • Identify and attend relevant seminars, workshops, and courses.
  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge of the market trends and competitive insights
  • Identify and articulate business value of solutions for customer organization through demonstrations
  • Leverage others for your success.
  • Conduct presentations on topics relevant to field of expertise.
  • Be the voice of the Customer; Share customer insights, best practices, and connect with internal teams to remove key blockers
  • Report on agreed success metrics revenue, scorecard, marketing performance as part of regular business rhythms

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Azure Presales 3 – 5 Years
  • Software/ICT marketing experience cloud preferred 5 – 7 Years
