• Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• At least one year of internship working experience
• Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board
• Trained and must demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems QMS initiatives
• Proficiency in computer skills especially Health Management Information Systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
